  • Covers:

    • One individual user (designer, freelancer, or small business owner)

    • Installation on one computer/laptop

    • Use in static designs* (logos, packaging, posters, print, social graphics) - fonts should always be outlined before sending to printers or developers.

    Does not cover:

    • Embedding in code, apps, or any space in which the font file itself is distributed to any further end users. The font should never be live/editable by anyone aside from the license holder.

  • Extended Digital License - Distribution, Web, App, ePub, Broadcast

    Covers:

    • Personal use coverage, plus rights for a small internal team to use.

    • 1-5 desktop license users

    • Covers creating design assets that are widely distributed through marketing campaigns.

    • Web embedding / hosting on one site

    • App embedding (use of the font in a mobile or desktop app)

    • ePub / digital publishing (inside ebooks or anywhere where a PDF stays live/editable)

    • Broadcast or TV (film, streaming graphics NOT the brand logo)

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, once you’ve made the purchase, you cannot return the file. Please purchase intentionally. If you have questions about a font before purchasing, please email howdy@bymegburk.com

  • Currently I am not doing student discounts, but I do run randomized discounts quite often. Newer fonts may have a freebie trial version with just English upper and lowercase characters for free or a low price, but it is not guaranteed for every font.
